Gateway Wellness is a non profit rehabilitation & mental health care organization committed to restoring hope, dignity, and stability in the lives of individuals affected by addiction and mental health challenges. Our Legal Identity & NGO Registration

The Gateway Wellness to Recovery Welfare Society operates as a registered non-governmental organization under Indian law.

This registration establishes Gateway Wellness as a legally recognized welfare society working for rehabilitation, mental health support, and social well-being.

Government & Medical Compliance

Gateway Wellness follows all applicable medical, legal, and ethical standards required for operating a rehabilitation and mental health care facility.

The facility has received a recommendation from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Ghaziabad, for the operation of its de-addiction and rehabilitation services.

Gateway Wellness has submitted an affidavit confirming compliance with the National Mental Health Act, 2017, including the applicable provisions under:
